Many of our customers often have questions that need immediate answers.  We hope we can help answers many of them here.  Please contact us if you need additional information.

Where can I subscribe to the mailing list to get updated on specials and new products?

Please subscribe to our mailing list to stay informed of our new products, promotions and sales.  You will receive coupon codes and event dates. 

​ORDERS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 

Choose an item, select your size, color if necessary and quantity needed then add your item to the cart.  You can then choose a payment method.  You can review all your items in your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon.  Once you reviewed the items in the cart, you can continue shopping or checkout and place your order.

​DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER? 

You are not required to register before placing an order.

​AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, DO I GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email.  We recommend checking your junk/spam mail folder for your email confirmation.  Please email us if you have not received a confirmation.

​PAYMENTS

 

WHY HAS MY CARD BEEN CHARGED TWICE?

Your card is actually not being charged twice.  What you may be seeing is the authorization. 

CANCELLATIONS/WITHDRAWALS

CAN MY ORDER BE CANCELLED BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE? 

Your order will be processed after your payment is made.  Promotions can change regularly, do not miss out your chance to save. 

 

CAN I WITHDRAW AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT BEEN MADE?

Customers can cancel the order in their user account directly or email us to cancel it.  We offer full refunds if the order is canceled within 24 hours after payment has been made.  Please contact us immediately.  There is a $15.00 fee or 20% restocking fee (the higher amount will be deducted depending on the purchase order).  Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  

​SIZING

WHERE IS YOUR SIZE CHART? 

All measurements are listed for each item.  If you have any questions about an item, please email us.  Some designer lines are not true to size and will be indicated on the listings.  

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF AN ORDER I JUST PLACED? 

You can change the size of an item within 24 hours after the payment is made.  We process orders as they come in, so the changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled.  You must immediately contact us within 24 hours.  Please email us with your order number and requested details in the email.  By following our protocol, this will minimize any processing delays with your order.  Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for the changes to be made to your order.  Please note, changes may not be possible during our new release periods. 

​OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

WHY DID MY ITEMS SELL OUT WHILE IN MY CART? 

Unfortunately, due to our sales and high demand in products, many of our items sell fast.  Adding your items to the cart will not guarantee your purchase.  We recommend proceeding to payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 

​WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF STOCK? 

For items that are on sale or in high demand, they may go out of stock after you may have made a payment.  If this happens, we will reach you via email for a replacement or refund. 

WHAT IF I AM INTERESTED IN AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT? 

Our items tend to sell out very quickly due to limited stock.  We pride ourselves on being different so we do not carry a large quantity of products.  Some of our items are “Limited Editions”.  However, please email us with the items you are interested in so we can double check our stock levels and/or possibly try to reorder the items for you (it is not guaranteed that we can do so).

​WHY IS THE 'ADD TO CART' BUTTON NOT SHOWING ON A PRODUCT?

If this occurs, this usually means that our product is sold out.  Please feel free to email us to confirm if the product is no longer available.

SHIPPING

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE? 

Please contact us within 24 hours after payment has been made.  We can change the shipping address before it is shipped.  If you have not contacted us within the 24-hour period, we may not be able to modify it.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED IT? 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  The email will contain your tracking information.  If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam Folder, as it may have been received there.  Please note that business days do not include the weekends or national public holidays. 

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED DATE? 

Enchanted Bella Boutique is unable to guarantee or estimate arrival/delivery times.  Once a parcel has been dispatched, the shipping time is not guaranteed and no longer in our control.  We recommend your orders in a time frame reasonable enough to allow for delays and processing. 

​WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process or your parcel is left unclaimed/unsuccessful in delivery, we reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee for the full value. 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS? 

We accept custom/special orders on many of our items.  Anything that states it is made by Enchanted Bella Boutique can possibly be customized.  Please note, our tote bags, reading pillows, rag quilts and unicorn stuffed pillows cannot be customized.  You can also email us with your ideas to see if we can create it.  We will let you know if something can or cannot be created. 

We DO NOT duplicate other designer concepts. 

​COUPONS

DO YOU OFFER COUPONS? 

We often offer our customers coupon.  The coupon codes have expiration dates unless otherwise noted.  Your coupon code must be entered at the time of checkout.  Your discount will be taken off at checkout and can only be applied at checkout.  Your coupon code cannot be combined with any other offer.  If you forget to enter in your coupon we cannot cancel your order or discount your purchase.  Make sure you have entered it in before submitting payment. 

​SWATCHES

DO YOU PROVIDE FABRIC SWATCHES? HOW WILL I KNOW THE EXACT COLOR OF THE ITEM I AM PURCHASING?  

Unfortunately, we do not offer fabric swatches.  Please note that the color display can vary slightly from one computer monitor to another along with the editing process of the image.  For that reason, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the color you see on the monitor you are using. 

TUTUS AND TUTU DRESSES

ARE THE TUTUS PRE-MADE & STOCKED? 

All the petti-skirts and tutus listed are pre-made and ready to be shipped unless otherwise noted.  Tulle tutu’s that are listed as custom tutus are created and designed by one of our staff.  They are made to ensure the best fit possible.  We are always willing to work with our customers to create a tutu you will absolutely love.

 

​ARE THE TUTU DRESSES PRE-MADE & STOCKED? 

Our tutu dresses are pre-made and ready to be shipped.  You can contact us if you would like us to create one of our premade dresses in a different color, etc. Since our dresses are handmade and custom created, please take notice that there may be times, a customer may ask for a dress we have in a different color, but we may not have some of the materials needed in stock.  If we are out of an item, we will notify you and try to help find alternative ways to make the perfect dress.  The colors of some of our products may vary on your display screens.   One more thing to consider about our products is the lighting used.  Natural light is the best, but it tends to get a bit chilly in the winter therefore, we do not take outdoor pictures.  Some of the pictures we take indoors may not reflect the true color of the item. 

​To reiterate, unless otherwise stated as a made-to-order in the item listing, the dresses for each listing are pre-made, stocked and ready to be shipped.

IF YOU HAVE A DESIGN IN MIND THAT IS NOT IN OUR SHOP, CAN YOU CREATE IT? 

Feel free to email us with your ideas and concepts.  We will work with you throughout the creative process to ensure we bring to life what you imagine in your mind.  We realize that not everyone has the time or is capable of putting together a custom dress.  With that in mind, we do try make sure you are a part of the process from beginning to end.  We will also give you ideas as well to help contribute to your one-of-kind dress. 

WHOLESALE

DO YOU MASS PRODUCE YOUR ITEMS?
